Student Housing

Westwood College works with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) to offer comfortable and affordable dormitory-style apartments near many Westwood campuses. The apartment housing options offered by Collegiate Housing Services teach students a high level of independence, responsibility, and cooperation with others, which is complementary to our career-focused approach to post-secondary education.

The typical housing configuration is a furnished, two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, with utilities paid, and shared by up to four same-sex Westwood students. In most cases, each student will share a bedroom with another student. Each student signs an individual lease, which may be tailored to school terms. Other housing configurations may be available upon request; however, the cost may be higher.

Collegiate Housing Services

Collegiate Housing Services will be on campus during Orientation to assist students to sign leases and settle into their new residences. Students also are welcome to make alternative housing arrangements without the assistance of Collegiate Housing Services. For assistance in finding alternative housing, please contact the Director of Student Services at the campus to which you are applying.

The most popular housing locations and facilities fill up quickly, particularly during the fall terms. To ensure that you receive the housing you desire, Westwood strongly encourages you to send both your $50 application fee and your $250 housing deposit to Collegiate Housing Services™ Indianapolis home office at least 30 days (preferably 60 days) before Westwood registration day, or the class start date for aviation campuses.

Collegiate Housing Services will always do their best to provide housing at the time of registration. However, if your application fee and deposit do not arrive at the CHS home office at least 30 days before registration, you may be put on a waiting list until housing can be arranged.
